ASSET ALLOCATION

Asset allocation involves dividing an investment portfolio among different asset categories.  In simple terms, asset allocation is the investment equivalent of not putting all your eggs in one basket. The process of diversifying your investments across a range of assets is a very personal one that has many factors to consider.  Everyone’s asset allocation needs to be tailored towards their age, family situation, and ability to tolerate risk.  Above all, any asset allocation plan needs to be re-balanced from time to time.
